The entire staffs of The Rock is absolutely lovely, they work diligently and always wear a smile on their face. We also love the bedroom, we were staying in Jacuzzi plus and it's absolutely phenomenal. The room comes with a jacuzzi pool that's quite small but sufficient enough for a bit of splash to get away from the heat. The room is always cleaned very early. They also provide nespresso machine for coffee lover like myself. Our favourite service is their laundry service. We generally get our clothes back very early and it always smell so good. The hotel provided shuttle service (which we used a couple of times) that brought us to BluPort, Market Village shopping centers and Hua Hin night market. It only depart 3 times a day but Grab is very easy to use there if you cant make the schedule. There is a small convenience store within walking distance to the hotel. Cicada and Tamarind market is about 16 minutes walk, we do not recommend walking in the heat though. The spa is also amazing, highly recommended, book early as they also closes very early.

There were beautiful and well-maintained gardens all around the property, with good privacy provided by the vegetation, even though there were tall condos/hotel buildings on both sides of the property, otherwise. Breakfast was quite okay, as well. The staff was really friendly and kind, and looked well after us. Hotel location was great, as it was right on the beach, as well as within a 1km walk to Tamarind Market, which had excellent local food available on the cheap at evening time (Thursdays to Sundays 5-11pm). The hotel pool was good, but on the small side, however, the jacuzzi area was the biggest I'd seen anywhere, and the proximity to the sea meant that pool size didn't really matter either. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at The Rock, and felt it was fully worth the price when taking into account the excellent quality of the rooms and service.

The rock resort is a a definite boutique style beachfront resort close enough to Hua Hin town, shopping & dining, but far enough to feel away from it all as well. These things I especially liked. The beach which feels private and has low and high tides, a superb swimming pool with a bar and eating facility. Glorious view of the ocean from pool area. The actual resort has very spacious luxury rooms with attention to detail with huge balconies or terraces and plunge pools. You feel absolutely comfortable and chilled in the rooms. The gardens and leisure areas around the property are delightful and at night are especially pretty with lights and calming music. The staff and friendly service by everyone is a total highlight and a great reason to stay here. Management are hands on and everyone smiles and tries there best to make you happy. The daily free shuttles are also appreciated and the proximity to the two famous weekend markets is also a bonus.

from moment of checking in the staff have been excellent from the chap who guides my car parking to the senior management it's been so friendly and courteous nothing has been too much trouble. The room I booked is a Jacuzzi pool room on the ground floor it's very well equipped a lovely rain shower large bath extremely comfortable king bed the air conditioning is very efficient so always comfortable in the room. There is adequate tea coffee supplies in the room. I used room service a couple of times and the food from there was delivered quickly and was very tasty. The breakfast buffet has a wide choice plus you can order extras like omelettes, noodles and the staff there so friendly. The swimming pool is of a good size with plenty of loungers with steps leading down straight to the sea. I would recommend this hotel as its quiet but things are easily accessible by constant flow of taxi buses or the hotel shuttle service

Beautiful apartment, really huge must have been 150 sq mt at least, very high standard, fabulous bed and bedding (that’s important, great sleeps), private pool, fabulous shower, could not wish for better. Great pool, very warm, right on the beach. Note however at this time of year the tide is in during most of the day so you cannot sunbathe on the beach, swimming is possible after say 4pm. Staff are lovely, breakfast is fab-ulous, would stay here again.
